What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard at checkout or, if you prefer to pay via EFT, we can email you an invoice.
Where is Sail Exchange based?
Our warehouse is in Brookvale, NSW 2100, Sydney, Australia.
We are only open to the public for 'Local Pick-up' orders, which can be selected on the check-out page.
An order pick-up day/time is required and an email will be sent with the pick-up address and contact phone number once the order has been placed.
For viewing of sails and equipment please CONTACT US to arrange an appointment as we cannot accommodate drop-ins.
Where are the 'New Build' sails (which are made to order) designed and made?
The sails are designed in Australia and partially or fully built at our production facilities in South Africa, China and Sri Lanka. Some of the finishing-off is completed in Australia.
How does your rating system work with used sails?
All used sails are rated out of 10. Here are some examples:
- A used sail that is rated 10/10 is brand new – it has never been used.
- 5/10 is in average condition, with life still left in the sail.
- 1/10, 2/10, 3/10 are in poor to very poor condition and should not be hoisted. We recommend repurposing these sails.
