• All new sails are sold with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
• We offer a 30-day return policy from receiving the goods with a 100% money-back guarantee (as long as the sail is not damaged).
• The purchaser is responsible for freight and insurance when returning the goods.

Used Sails Return Policy

• All used sails are sold with no warranty.
• We offer a 30-day return policy from receiving the goods with a 100% money-back guarantee (as long as the sail is not damaged).
• The purchaser is responsible for freight and insurance when returning the goods.

New Hardware Return Policy

We will offer a refund, exchange or repair where goods are faulty, unsuitable, have been wrongly described or are different from the picture shown to you. The following conditions apply:

• You must return the item within 14 days of purchase.
• The tax invoice must be returned with the item.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

In order to process your return, we will need to forward to you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). This number is to be noted on the return packaging. We will also provide you with the correct address to ship your return to.
